Board of Directors

The SFM Network Board of Directors is the chief executive authority of the Corporation and governs the affairs of the Corporation.

 

 

Research and Planning Committtee (RPC)

The key priorities for the board-appointed Research Planning Committee include:

  • making recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding the SFM Network's annual research program;
  • providing guidance for long-term plans and priorities for the research program;
  • establishing criteria for the selection of research projects; and
  • acting as a science advisory committee to the Board of Directors.

 

Partners' Committee

The Partners' Committee:

  • provides advice to the Program Leader regarding research issues of importance to the partners;
  • promotes two-way communications amongst SFM Network funding partners and SFM Network investigators and research staff; 
  • provides advice and input for a range of SFM Network initiatives, especially those related to knowledge transfer and networking   

 

Management Team (M-TEAM)

The Management Team (M-Team) is made up primarily of a group of researchers from a range of disciplines that, under the chairmanship of the Scientific Director, provide day to day direction on the SFM Network's research program.
